Limited Warranty Terms and Disclaimer. Interstate Mechanical and Millwright, Inc. (“IMMI”)
warrants the Product against defects in workmanship and materials under normal service and use,
for a period of one year from the date of delivery. IMMI's obligations with respect to this
warranty are limited to repair or replacement of a defective Product after notification and
inspection of reported defects. Except as specifically provided herein, Customer assumes all risk
and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of the Products. THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES
CONTAINED HEREIN ARE MADE IN LIEU OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH ARE
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL IMMI BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER
OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR
